We provide strategic Residential Design Advisory services for clients seeking to understand how their site fits within a broader context and to uncover the latent opportunities within their site. We work closely in partnership with leading town planners, project managers, development managers, landscape architects and consultants to provide strategic design advice for clients to unlock their unseen and unrealised site potential. 

This advice applies to all residential typologies including social and affordable housing, BTR through to large-scale residential and mixed use projects.

We utilise strategic design intelligence, specialised design and construction knowledge with authentic communication, disciplined processes and financial awareness to provide clients and property specialists with a better understanding of their site potential. As part of this initial phase, we carefully analyse project metrics, site constraints, opportunities and review counterintuitive design solutions in preparation for discussions with Councils or key stakeholders.

Duncan has 20 years’ experience designing high-quality residential architecture from bespoke houses through to premium 30+ storey residential towers. Prior to establishing Betts+Partners, Duncan was a Principal Architect and Partner of a renowned national architecture and interior design practice.  In his time as a Principal Architect Duncan led the design and delivery of over 20 residential buildings with a combined gross realisation value of over $2B.  Many of the projects he designed and led with a talented team are now completed or under construction throughout Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Prior to contributing to the establishment of Betts+Partners, Sarah worked at a renowned national architecture practice as an Associate. She has performed senior client interfacing roles in the realisation of several highly complex award-winning health architecture projects in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Project Leader

Prit’s focus is on leading bespoke residential projects with a talented high-performance team to achieve exceptional design outcomes. He is highly skilled in developing positive client and consultant relationships, finding efficient design solutions and uncovering unrealised site potential.

Previously as a Project Leader of a renowned national architecture practice, Prit gained extensive experience across numerous high quality residential projects, that included boutique apartments, master planned projects, and premium residential towers in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Lauren Fuller
Project Architect

Lauren is a Project Architect with 15 years of diverse experience designing, documenting and delivering high quality architectural projects ranging from private residential clients to complex consortiums, community and council run organisations throughout South-East Queensland.

During her career, Lauren has led design development, documentation and construction phase services across a range of project scales and complexities.  This includes design development phase and tender for the ‘Queens Wharf Residences’ (64 Storey Apartment Tower within the broader Queens Wharf precinct in Brisbane City), design development through to construction documentation for a private residential and retail projects on the Sunshine Coast.

Based on the Sunshine Coast, Lauren brings an energetic, collaborative and thorough approach to the project team, consultants and client group.  Her attention to detail and open communication ensures that all aspects of a project are well considered to achieve a high-quality project delivery at any scale or budget.

Daniel Scott
DevOps Engineer + Architectural Visualisation

Daniel’s focus is on process optimisation across the entire practice and on delivering internal tools which empower the individual Architect. Prior to contributing to the growth of Betts+Partners, he worked as a Software Developer within the aerospace industry.

He performs a dynamic role as DevOps Engineer and is responsible for modernising workflows, integrating systems, minimising design cycle times and developing software that enables user exploration of our Architectural Information Model.
